With its new continuous full vacuum rating, it is ideal for protecting vacuum lines, pumps, and personnel when working with hazardous liquids and biohazardous materials. Vactrap Rhino safely contains waste produced during supernatant removal, chemical separation, and cell or tissue culture media aspiration. One bottle collects contaminated fluid, allowing decontaminant solutions to inactivate microorganisms, while the second bottle serves as an overflow vessel for added security. The hydrophobic inline filter protects both the vacuum system and personnel by preventing the spread of aerosols into the vacuum system and the environment.\nThe Vactrap Rhino features PUREGRIP Rhino bottles, which are chemically inert and highly stable making them ideal for handling harsh chemicals where plastic containers may not suffice.
