EZBio® Mini Capsule filters are designed for high retention efficiency in critical bioprocessing applications. Each capsule incorporates a pleated, hydrophobic, Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane enclosed within ultra-pure polypropylene hardware, providing consistent, reliable filtration across a wide range of operating conditions. The capsule filter is made of sterile-grade PTFE membrane. Meets the requirement of phage retention and other harsh conditions to provide extremely reliable sterility guarantee of gases. It has passed the batch verification of typical bacterial removal ratings in the industry, and its sterilization ability LRV>7.
