Foxx Life Sciences' EZBio® Ultra Capsule Filters are pre-assembled, enclosed filtration devices designed for controlling micro-organisms from entering sterile fluids. These filters have low protein binding and a nice compact size for OEM equipment. Our Capsule filters feature high grade, double-layered Polyether sulfone (PES) membrane, with bacterial retention rate up to 0.2 µm and 0.45 µm. Available in wide range of sizes from 2" to 40" with high surface area membrane with reliable, consistent and repeatable filtrate quality. These filters are tested for eliminating Brevundimonas diminuta at Test concentration of 107 CFU/cm2. The inlet/outlet configurations we offer - includes hose barbs, female NPT, and sanitary connections - these capsule filters are suitable for a wide range of bioprocessing applications. They are designed to operate at pressures up to 5.5 bar (80 psi), making them ideal for critical filtration tasks in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and industrial processes.
